Couldn't have said it any better

Aside from the hilarity of the caricatures (pardon me here, but I must take umbrage with the idea that Giuliani is somehow qualified to do anything of this sort) presented in this quick rundown of the early candidates, I can't help but think about that last sentence,

I’ll say one thing: Electing Hillary Clinton by default would constitute national suicide.

Did it just get quiet in here?

Scary shit these days.

H/T to Billy Beck.

Yeah, you and me both.

I'm thinking that an empty suit with Condi as Veep is maybe a better ticket, in that I'm not sure that everyone else is quite as (don't shoot me when I say this) progressive as me.

Honestly, I don't care at all about voting a black woman into the WH, I'm thinking she'd be great at the job, but I'm thinking there are still a bunch out there who wouldn't vote for her, just for those two things. Putting her in the Veep spot might be better, still giving her enough club to wield at the leftists and the terrorists.

Maybe we can convince her to run in '08 with enough grassroots support.

I'm just about to start praying, and I'm an atheist.

I'd vote for Romney and Condi, with her as Pres. I haven't heard something terrible about him from the Media yet.
I think Giuliani vs. McCain is the Media's ticket of choice and foisted with fake polling numbers is being driven to increasing exposure whether we like it or not.

Out of the three front runners currently, I'd agree that Romney is the least scary of the bunch, but that's still not saying too much, as he has been party to some fairly egregious stuff while he was governor of Taxachussetts.

McCain and Guiliani (spit) are both too dangerous and, especially with McCain, too stupid to hold the POTUS office. Of course, Al Gore was VP, and I think he needs help tying his shoe laces in the morning, so maybe intelligence is a handicap of some sort for getting into the high offices.
