Solving what?

I'll let you in on the obvious, Ward; the boneheads who inhabit the Congress don't solve problems, they only create them, boy.

Sit your stupid ass down and shut the fuck up.

And find another line of (hopefully meaningful or productive) work.

Rausch is the sort of far-left tool who would be perfectly content to see the U.S. of A. governed within the same sort of one-party system -- and inevitably with the same cult-of-personality result -- as was the Soviet Union.

Since his (and so many other of his fellow "analysts'") default sensibility is about what one could expect from Karl Marx, anything further to the right is by acclimation "reactionary", and therefor evil. As we've been instructed repeatedly.

Obviously this is at odds with the powerbrokers within the Party with which he is idealogically alighned; their mission is to see that NOONE, including the dead, felons, illegal aliens, underaged voters and foreign nationals are not disenfranchised with respect to elections here.

He preaches machine politics as some sort of virtue.

As if that is a solution for the gridlock, since there is obviously no voice to counter his self-presumed "progress," and of course, it will be by any means necessary.

I have only to point the arrogant fuck to the KC-Pendergast era for the consequences of such...arrangements.

Stupid is as stupid does, I suppose.

Except that in his scenario, LOTS of people (I use the term loosely) are gonna die.

It will not be pretty.
