I am having real trouble understanding what you meant by "Funny Ha-ha". Did you see Dinocrat digging up page 11 of the recent FCC report on media reform where they discuss the idea of the federal government "licensing" the news? http://www.dinocrat.com/archives/2010/06/01/licensing-the-news/
The "Funny Ha-ha" wording will HAVE to be applied evenhandedly, without prejudice or profiling. Once the camel's nose gets into the tent...
