Limits?
I'm fairly certain that the dolt who I've been arguing with over here hasn't a clue about what he's saying, and he's just A-OK with breaking out the legal dictionary and doing all sorts of defining and refining of what rights are and what they are worth, all in an attempt to make the world a more orderly place in his own mind.
Let me clarify with a quote from that last link, via Phil at RNS:

The left may or may not have ascendancy in the future. However, technological trends do not favor the central state. The striking power gap between the central state and networks of individuals/small groups is shrinking due to those trends.

These changes-if they continue-may result in the considerable weakening in the central state by the end of the Twenty-First Century. The Left isn't going to get its wish. Neither will the Islamofascist scum.
