That human rights are there, and inalienable, independent of being granted by something so arcane as government, isn't going to stand in her way.
She is intent upon redefining everything about whatever she can lay her filthy hands upon (she is convinced of the reach of the courts, and has admitted as much, openly), in an attempt at creating the whole of America as she wants it.
Individual rights mean NOTHING to her.

She's also not going to answer questions very well that she didn't get to prepare-for in advance, town-hall style - like the ones the Democrats have prepared with her approval.

I'm also thinking that, probably, the ones she is getting, well, she wrote them and were flatly handed to that twerp Leahy.
