Add this to the list of why we're going to see CW II

Things that make me wonder;

"You have the right to remain silent, but only if you tell the police that you're remaining silent."

So, I must tell an arresting officer that I'm going to remain silent...and then what? He still gets to abuse and question the hell out of me.

And, supposedly, I'm entitled to a/my lawyer? But they don't have to say when I get to have counsel with him?

Ready to scream, "Havoc!" yet?
