Stop me if you've heard this one...

There was this psychiatrist, and he had this psychological problem, and...

Tam's first bit hits the head of the nail, squarely;
"...1) Your next door neighbor, last name Hasan, starts handing out copies of the Koran and giving away his worldly belongings one fine Fall morning? Hey, Zippy! Climb aboard the Hint Train; next stop: Clueville. Quick! What's the number for 911?..."
End of story, for me.

The general orders to disarm the military population on Base need a big re-think. But I doubt that Pentagon brass will come down on the right side - even while we are at war.

Yup.

I think it strange too. The military is about things like war and killing people who need killing. Why they are all not armed, 24/7, is a mystery. Kinda makes the presence of firearms a bit of an oddity, if you ask me, and increases danger, by way of a distinct lack of familiarity in the rank-and-file.
