I mean, you could have just substituted GW Bush, The Lesser, and had him deliver his standard speech on the subject and it would have sounded identical. Not that your idiot, feeble-minded, sychophant followers would know the difference, because that first paragraph sounds awfully familiar;

"President Barack Obama wanted to tell a hesitant America why he launched a military assault in Libya, and he wanted to describe it on his terms — limited, sensible, moral and backed by international partners with the shared goal of protecting Libyans from a ruthless despot."

We could just substitute a couple of words and change the focus to another (now dead) despot, and get entirely the same story, with a different geography. Except it's Barry, so his delivery was better. Or something. Fail.
