I'm waiting for the typical hand-wringers to come out and say that this school shooting can somehow be laid at the feet of the NRA, the powerful, Eeeeeevil gun lobby and the 'lax' U.S. gun laws.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the concerned party (that'd be the shooter) being a stranger in a strange land, or that he was feeling a bit disenfranchised and prospects for work were scarce. Instead, the whole thing will invariably be blamed on the usual, touchy-feely canards.
