Like we didn't know it already

It was obvious, and right there on the idjit box when the whole bit went down.

Ben "Helicopter" Bernanke, Little Timmy "I forgot to pay my taxes" Geithner, and Barry "The Won" Obama got told by the banking cabal that the country would cease to exist, or something along those lines, if the big banks weren't handed truckloads of cash, pretty much overnight. This isn't an oversimplification either.

We all saw this go down.

We can get the lynchings started, pretty much anytime now, as far as I'm concerned. I'll even throw in the gallows design and the lumber for free, so long as I get to video record the whole event, including the trials of the fraudsters, which should take all of about five minutes, so we can then keep with that whole "speedy trial" bit, as outlined in the BOR.

We can then proceed with one of several other entire departments after that.

Moving to the head of the class

Ann Barnhardt is pretty much making all of the right noises for me these days.

If you like straight-talking commentary on the world in general, I'd recommend stopping by her place several times a week.

No, it wasn't a joke

The bitch was floating an idea, to see if there'd be someone bite.

I'm completely unconvinced at the benevolence of government....on second thought, why don't we just go there, eh?

I mean, really, what harm could this do?

We could just start with the next cycle, and keep all Reps from having to defend their seats, and at least a few Senators.

When that proves to be ineffectual, we can just violate the Constitution a little more (and hey, we've now set precedent for doing so, so why not just do it a little more, a little harder) and keep the bastards in for another two years. And after that, why don't we just look at keeping the next President in office...oh, it's still Barry by then, well, good, 'cuz he's been such a failure that it'd be awful to have to throw him out on his ear before he gets the chance to drive this fucker down the toilet ala Hugo Chavez, or some other wannabe dictator.

Lets do that.

Really, I'm not kidding, let's just go there.

H/T to Sipsey Street.

One Scary Bitch

Please, keep in mind, she believes in absolutely every word she spouts, and is gaining considerable traction with the Commie crowd that has abandoned Barry, the Lightworker, a sizable demographic.

There is only ONE solution for ilk of this sort.

A)Harden your heart, and B) Stack the lead high and deep, while there is still time.

Stupidity to the Nth

Not the story, per se, but the comments section.

People repeat something they hear that fits their narrative, and accept it as fact.

Can we please get the great purge under way, and soon?

Same old saw

Headline;
"US stocks open sharply lower on bleak Fed outlook"
As of this moment, the market is down about 300 points.

All on the words of a bunch of check-kiting fools.

Festive.

The handout culture

The headline;
"Stocks rally on hopes for Fed stimulus measures"
This means something's wrong, folks, when Wall Street will only react when there's promise, a rumor, or merely a "Hope," of a handout from The Fed.

Like seriously broke-dick wrong.

Fuck it.

Where's the axe, I already have the rifle in hand?

Welcome to the new Stasi, the American Police State.

Overt moves toward tyranny

A few days ago, I was doing my usual rounds, when, at Kevin Baker's joint, I see this tidbit;

"The Omaha (Neb.) Public School system spent $130,000 of its stimulus grant recently just to buy 8,000 copies of the book "The Cultural Proficiency Journey: Moving Beyond Ethical Barriers Toward Profound School Change" (Two stars on Amazon. By all means, read the reviews.) -- that is, one copy for every single employee, from principals to building custodians. Alarmingly, wrote an Omaha World-Herald columnist, the book is "riddled with gobbledygook," "endless graphs," and such tedium as the "cultural proficiency continuum" and discussion of the "disequilibrium" arising "due to the struggle to disengage with past actions associated with unhealthy perspectives." [Emphasis - Ed.]
Check the title of that book again.

I had this to say about it in comments;

"The name alone should make a person with an above average IQ question the purpose of its content. Profound school change has nothing to do with moving beyond any ethical barrier...which should, in and of itself, be enough of an argument against its primary assertions, whatever they may be. And what does Cultural Proficiency mean, and how is violating an ethical barrier important to whatever definition may be of same?" [Emphasis - Ed.]

Then, this morning, I stop by WRSA, only to read this, quoting, as Pete refers to Barry, the Mighty Kenyan,

"What kind of country would this be if this chamber (Congress - Ed.) had voted down Social Security or Medicare just because it violated some rigid idea about what government could or could not do?" [Emphasis - Ed.]
Chills should run down your back with that one.

So, if you had any doubts about what he thinks the limits of governemnt, his government, are, well, now you know he doesn't have any, including violating the shit out of an explicit and exact set of enumerated rights that you were born with.

Do you understand?

The Irony meter is not pegged,

It's broken the fucking needle, and is spinning around behind its bezel.

Can someone explain this whole debacle to the clueless idiots in Washington, please?
